This firm appears to be a trading name of Just Hire UK Ltd (11329080) according to their website, however Just Hire are listed as “non-trading” and their latest filings show no income or revenue, but an asset balance of £1 – for the single share issued. They used to be called “IMCO Reconomy” in 2018. If the company is not trading, and Paragon is not a registered company, we are unsure under what model they trade (this may be an LLP or sole trader arrangement); nor are we sure how the financial support is working.
There is another company referenced, “Network Waste Management”; and we found “Network Waste Limited” who are registered (06818085). They have a previous company name “Just Hire UK Ltd” from 2008-2009. However this company also appears to have zero-balance accounts submitted for recent years. Recent filings show that this business is involved with a wide range of activities including plant hire, money lending and patent leasing. The list of activities goes on for multiple pages.
Their email services are protected by Fireeye’s The Email Laundry – which is not cheap. This suggests the businesses are operating and able to support a significant operational expenditure.
