I had a number of issues with another firm, who essentially abandoned their skip on our drive for over two months. As the skip (only a four yarder) contained garden waste I wasn’t happy leaving it on the drive any longer – one call to Broadoaks and the situation started getting resolved.
The person I spoke to was brilliant, and spent time calling the other firm to try and get them to collect – unfortunately they were just as unhelpful with her as they were with us.
So I had a new skip on the drive the next day, transferred the garden waste into the new skip and it was collected the next working day.
They also quoted a much cheaper rate than the original firm by about £30, and had the representative get in touch afterwards to see if there was anything more she could do to help (with the original skip).
Their delivery / collection agents were great, and used a mobile-based signature system to get the events signed off easily. Very easy and friendly to deal with.
