What A Joke!
Refused to come and pick up the skip any other time than before seven in the morning. Was sat there for months with garden waste decomposing.
The guy at Bogans was rude and unapologetic – once he even told us that he’s happy with it blocking our drive permanently.
We had to threaten legal action in the small claims courts (for removal and clearance of the skip contents via another skip firm) before they’d come and pick it up. We got another firm via Broadoaks to empty the skip contents and Bogans agents (REM) repaid our money so we’d withdraw the claim in the courts.
Amazing how quick they moved when we told them we’d arranged another firm to take control of the skip back at another depot until Bogan could collect it from them!
